Romina is registered psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan and addresses a variety of mental health concerns. She believes in creating a supportive environment where she is able to help individuals navigate their challenges. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology, with her research thesis focusing on exploring the quality of life and mental health of young adults living with chronic illness. She has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, corrections, private practice and the disability sector.
Romina’s approach to her work is characterised by her warmth, compassion, and down-to-earth manner. Romina prioritises the importance of meeting people where they are at, and connecting with them on their level. She believes in creating a practical and individualised approach to therapy, understanding that everyone seeks therapy for different reasons. Romina is bilingual, and offers counselling sessions in both English and Spanish.
