Cassia holds a Master of Counselling with healthcare experience. She uses an integrated, relational approach with sand tray and expressive therapies as needed. Cassia enjoys working with people from 0 to 100+ years old.
She meets clients where they are and honours their stories. She is particularly passionate about empowering parents to advocate for the needs of their children and improving quality of life for people living with disabilities.
Cassia has experience working with people with depression, anxiety and trauma. She has journeyed with people through grief and loss, loneliness and life transitions including high school to adulthood, separation and divorce, new parents, empty nesters and ageing.
She enjoys being in nature and spending time with her family.
