I am Kyrillos (Kiro), a registered psychologist with experience working in disability, private practice and community mental health across the lifespan.
In my practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks and modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion focused therapy and Polyvagal-based Intervention. I have a strong grasp of neuroscientific principles underlying depression, stress and anxiety disorders (including PTSD), which I use to help my clients understand their experience through a biopsychosocial lens and by which my interventions are based upon.
I have a strong passion in conducting psychometric testing to assess for Autism, ADHD as well as neuropsychological testing (IQ testing, achievement testing and giftedness), and other mental health concerns. I also deliver individual therapy to clients presenting with:

I strive to empower clients to achieve their potential and to facilitate clients in discovering and actualising their goals using a person-centred and non-judgemental approach. To me, working with you, is guiding you through your own path of discovery and understanding based on your values, needs and desires.
During my time in practice, I have developed a keen interest in conducting assessments for autism, ADHD, and other mental health disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. Kiro conducts clinical interviews and assessments (MIGDAS, WAIS-IV, WISC-V, ABAS-3, TSI-2, Conners-3, CAARS) and write comprehensive reports to support applications for NDIS and provide feedback to clients.
Referrals are accepted through GPs (Mental Health Care Plans), WorkCover, DVA, NDIS, Third-Party Insurance and Hospitals.
