Ren Sculthorpe is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience across health, hospital, education and Aboriginal community health settings. She is offering sessions to ages 4 years and over. Ren holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Tasmania and is endorsed by AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist. Her clinical expertise spans child and family psychology, with particular strengths in assessment, diagnosis and therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Ren’s career has been deeply rooted in supporting children and families. She is highly skilled in Child and Youth Mental Health, Child Development and has supervised numerous clinicians, interns, and graduates throughout her career. Her experience also includes perinatal mental health and attachment work.
In addition to her psychology credentials, Ren is a fully registered teacher with a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood & Primary). Her transition into education was driven by a desire to support children’s wellbeing and development through the classroom. This dual qualification enhances her psychological practice, allowing her to integrate educational insight into therapeutic approaches and better support children in both clinical and school environments.
