Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy intervention that is designed to challenge unhelpful and unhealthy thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Originally designed to treat depression, CBT is also currently used to treat a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, addiction, OCD, phobias and PTSD.
