Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy intervention that is designed to challenge unhelpful and unhealthy thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Originally designed to treat depression, CBT is also currently used to treat a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, addiction, OCD, phobias and PTSD. It can also be useful in helping with anger management and physical health problems such pain or fatigue.
